History

Founded in 1981, with headquarters in San Jose, ICOM has provided Silicon Valley and other important technology communities with the highest level of products and services for over two decades.

By continuing to strengthen our core of experienced, knowledgeable engineers, technicians and service personnel, ICOM has grown from a small, but dedicated HVAC system installation and repair company to a major provider of leading edge building and maintenance services.

ICOM has set the pace in a dynamic, evolving market by taking advantage of the latest innovations in construction and project management technology. ICOM helped pioneer the highly efficient Design/Build concept in Silicon Valley.
