Benchmarking – By determining your building’s existing “energy profile,” ICOM can generate a report that details weather-normalized energy intensity (kBtu/sq. ft.) and greenhouse gas emission metrics for all the buildings in your facility or under your management.
Energy Audits – Assessing all equipment and systems (such as air conditioning, heating, ventilation, lighting, plumbing, walls and ceilings) for potential upgrades that result in energy savings, you will receive a customized report tailored to your business that describes energy-saving tips and identifies rebates and incentives from PG&E that you may want to consider. ICOM will work with you towards achieving rebates from your energy service provider.
Retro-commissioning – Retro-commissioning is a systematic process for identifying less-than-optimal performance in a facility’s existing equipment and control systems and making necessary repairs or enhancements to save energy and minimize cost. Whereas retrofitting involves replacing outdated equipment, retro-commissioning focuses on improving the efficiency of what is already in place.
