Director / Business Development
Dan Littleton
When I accepted the challenge of building ICOM into a great company in 1981, I knew two things mattered—our people and our customers. Ensuring opportunities for our people to advance and feel proud of our accomplishments has meant they with their families flourish. Consulting carefully with our prospective customers’ guides our design and build model, because it’s the best way to exceed expectations.
I’m committed to our consulting approach because we want to avoid pre-conceived notions. Our customers deserve fresh concepts that match their needs precisely. So whether we’re working with a general contractor, or the project is a design/build for the end-user, we’re listening as well as advising.
I’m passionate about serving the needs of our stakeholders—customers, team members, and vendors. Thus when I prepare a proposal, I use my experience to estimate accurate costs and project schedules. Asking a customer to go back to the board for more money to complete a project is never acceptable. Rather we’re always looking for ways to engineer savings into our projects.
It’s my ongoing commitment to raising the standards for excellence in both our mechanical engineering and in design and construction services. By functioning as an integrated team, I anticipate retaining our strong design/build reputation in the industries we serve.
