Paul Littleton Safety Manager Linkedin Paul Littleton I enjoy working closely with our supervisors, employees, and customers in organizing and implementing programs and activities designed to reduce the risk of accidents in the workplace. This protects company and client property while simultaneously decreasing accident and injury related costs. This has been especially important since the appearance of COVID-19. I helped ICOM create and implement our company’s official COVID-19 plan, so our employees (typically around 100) stay informed with the latest updates related to regulations and mandates. I take on the responsibility of ensuring our people not only comply with our company’s policies, but also respect our customer’s specific policies as well. My primary goal at ICOM is and always will be to keep our crew members, employees, and customers safe. For this reason, I will always seek better ways to streamline our work processes so we’re working safer, cleaner, and leaner. Keeping ICOM a company where employees feel assured, they’ll return home to their loved ones safely, each and every day, is my passion.
